SHIPPING

IMPORTANT NOTE: FREE DELIVERY AND PICK UP OPTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL STAGE 4 RESTRICTIONS ARE EASED 

We are offering standard and express shipping at the moment. The standard shipping cost is from $10 - $12 depending on the weight of your order. And express shipping is $15. Please allow between 3-5 business days for shipping. We will let you know the tracking number of your order and make sure your order is delivered as planned. Still,  if any issues arise or you have any questions, please email us to gwn.asoares@gmail.com

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In case you are not satisfied with the products or any issues arise, we are happy to provide a refund. Please email us within 7 days to info@ifeproductsandcommunity.com, attach your receipt, let us know what was the issue(s) with the product and provide pictures of the damages/defects.
